T2 Tea

A whole shop dedicated to teas and contraptions to put your tea in, can never be a bad thing. In fact, this is the perfect time of year to be heading down to a T2 store, to pick your favourites as ‘I would likes’ for Xmas.

They have an astronomical range of teas, that you could spend so much time in their shops, before you can make a decision on which tea to buy. This was a decision that I couldn’t make and instead purchased 2 teas and a tea infuser, which is so handy.

When it came to the tea infuser, I really did intially like the gadget-y look to it, however, when I got it home and used it, it really surprised me, just how neat these things are. You place your tea into the infuser, add your water and leave for as long as desired, then when you are ready to serve your tea, you simply place a cup under the infuser, resting it on top and it filters and pours your tea for you. It is a super clean invention too, it is super easy to clean and it comes with a stand so that you do not have any drippage. 

The tea, which is arguably more important than the gadget it is served in, tastes amazing. I opted for Rooibos, Beetroot and Ginger and Lemongrass and Ginger which are 100% certified organic teas. They are genuinely the nicest herbal teas I have had in a long time. Plus, if you buy the difuser, you need such a small quantity,that the tea itself will last a long time. 

Most of their products are vegan, though, if you aren’t sure, their staff are super friendly and helpeful. They will be able to find a tea that you are going to love. You will just have to give them some ideas of the types of flavours you like. They are also great gifts for others and that is what I have been telling my family, since October!

Big thumbs up from me for T2, will definitely be hoping to recieve some more of their teas from relatives for Xmas. Check them out and see what you think.
