I think vegan duck is very nice to have for a treat.It’s cheap, tasty and when cook it in garlic it becomes something rather wonderfully different on the plate, especially a festive plate!
This recipe serves 2, but if you like big portion double the ingredients.
1 x pack of Vbites vegan beef
5 tablespoons x plum sauce
1 tablespoons x sweet chilli sauce
3 tablespoons x garlic puree
1 tablespoon x vegan spread
Salt and pepper for seasoning
- Add all ingredients apart from the seasoning into a saucepan. Bring to heat and stir so that all the ‘duck’ is covered in the spread and garlic.
- When piping hot, season off the heat and allow to stand for one minute.
- Stir well, return to hear, to ensure all is piping hot.
- Serve immediately.
